Charles Washington Misick is a former Chief Minister of the Turk and Caicos Island serving from April 1991 to January 1995. He was re-elected to the Turks and Caicos Islands House of Assembly as an at-large member in the 2012 elections. He currently serves as Minister of Finance, Investment, and Trade in the Rufus Ewing Administration.
His employment history includes a senior audit position with PriceWaterhouse-Coopers, Chairman and CEO of the Prestigious Group - Real Estate Sales and Development. In the past held the portfolio of Tourism and Finance.
Misick has attended and presented at many conferences in the Caribbean, Canada, the United States, and Asia on topics ranging from Financial Services to Investment Opportunities, and Tourism.
Washington Misick was born in 1950. He is a graduate in Business Administration and Accounting and has attended leadership courses in development, and conflict resolution at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
