Natasha Gordon is currently the Operations Manager at the Heritage and Cultural Society of Africa Foundation. She has extensive experience in development, fundraising, and Communications. She works closely with the CEO of the Foundation in the planning, organising, promoting, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring of all HACSA policies, activities and programmes. She assists in the formulation of policies and facilitates the effective management of personnel and daily activities, programmes and projects according to the organisation's ethics, culture, and standards.

Natasha was previously the Development Manager at FOCOS, US where she curated strategies to create development fund plans in order to increase revenue as a way of supporting the strategic direction of the organization.

Natasha previously held the position of Head of Strategy at ANO Organization where she managed relations with strategic partners, clients, and government officials to foster new business opportunities as well as identifying annual goals paired with metrics to measure and track the progress and growth of the business. Prior to Natasha’s move back home to Ghana in 2017, she had a fruitful career in Fashion PR and Communications. Her clientele included DKNY, Moncler and Pringle of Scotland where she managed accounts in order to effectively achieve clients’ objectives and maintain brand growth.
